This week marks the start of the next chapter in my life. After some life altering events, I have decided to return to school to chase my dream of becoming an interior designer. The funny thing is, I didn’t even really know it was my dream until recently, but sometimes perspective on life is thrown at you in a split second. That moment came last October with the passing of my mother, and in that moment I knew a change was needed. I realize that balancing work, family and school will be a huge challenge, especially when work and school are nearly two hours away from each other, but in the end, even if I just go back for the fun of it, it was a needed and necessary step in my life.
I’m going to need some commuting music. That would be the two M’s: Muse and Mumford and Sons
